my body life cycle

i checked out my spam's inbox in my email today and found diet.com mails for me.i wonder why it directed the mails to spam inbox. no wonder all this while i didn't see any updates from the diet.com blog. u guys could try it tho . cool website to know healthy food and healthy lifestyle.

it reminds me how i was before i joined that website.

i was desperately want to reduce my weight back on 2006-2007. i purposely spend all my money so that i wont have desire to eat. i have pretty shoes and bags but not pretty body and soul. its killing me.

until one day, i vomited in our campus tv room while we were having debate meeting. i was stressed with the debate issue that they were discusiing and i was weary with the lifestyle im leading. 3 days back, i keep eating only maggie mee a day, thats explained why my puke was all out of rotten noodle :P . i stil remember how pius, marion and ola cleaned up the tv room for me.

since that particular embarrasing day, im not sure if my debates member remember that moment, anyway, i shared with my cousin, rainy about my problem. i don't eat much but i still fat !!! she said 'don't let your self face the eating disorder issue'' ...i was like ... huh ??? eating disorder?? me ??? me and my friend used to make fun of it but now i can consider myself as one ???? i was freaking scared.

rainy introduced me diet.com. i joined and started to read some of the member blogs. i only started with some basic rules . i decided not to go for crush diet because its kinda scary and i was staying in the hostel no fridge to store only fresh fruits.

my basic starts was ::
1. drink warm water only. especially when u just woke up and about to sleep because that the time the warm water will cleanse toxin in your body. toxin is the one that make your body feel unhealthy and heavy.

2.eat small portion of your normal food but with balanced meals.

3. if you go for crush diet or heavy diet on the weekdays, reward yourself with your favourite food on weekend. however, dun over do it ok ! :P

4.no junk food !!!!!!!

its kinda hard when i started to do this but well since 2008-2009, i slimmed down. now ... ermmmm .... kinda growing bigger tho. as for now i have my own experimentto do too. that would be continue in my another blog session.

back to my story, i don't really do workout such as gymning or jogging . im toooooooooo lazy to do such but i can see a good result when i always do dancing with my friends in the party or dance class. you can have fun while sweating.

most important things, u want to slim down is for your own sake for your own health not to impress anyone. when you trying to impress anyone with your changes usually it always hurt u and u feel like u r failing. it is better u do it for your own satisfaction, when u see mirror and realise on any changes, compliment yourself '' hey u look good now. keep it up''

everything starts from u not from others.
