
before we start doing some exercises or diet to get slimmer or stay healthy
1. need to know your body
my body is the type that consume much water and stocked in at the bottom part, so i do more on bottom part exercise .. swimming is the best way to get slimmer faster
for food, my body is facing low metabolism process, hard to get it burn so i eat less carbs
for drinks, drink with less sugar content.. drink more of anti-oxidant drinks like tea or coffee (without sugar for malaysian that love sugar too much).. i usually check my pee, hehehehe if its too yellow meaning to say , the sugar , salt or anything is too much consume and not bein used in my body .. so drink more plain water to cleanse and detoxify

2. read a lot
we cant be self-proclaimed knowing about health.. we need to learn day by day about it . there is a lot of articles, blogs and video about food for diet and exercise steps . getting comments and advices from friend is crucial too . read a testimony from someone who has lost weight in diet.com, it will lift up our confident. let our friend or family knows we are on diet so that they could watch out our food consumption and kick our ass whenever we r lazy to do exercises :P
3. no stress
it will make us feel uncomfortable when we started to do things we have never done before or eat things which we never liked . diet and healthy food is boring and tasteless but try to make it tasty and fun with some deco such as different types of fruit with different colour to add in our chicken fruit salad . exercises could be an additional task in ur tight schedule, so make it simple but frequent , 15 mins a day on track mills ... i can guarantee it wud be fun ... i make my swimming activty as a fun thing, i bring some fren with me and we do some swimming competition ( altho i know i cant compete them because im just a beginner in swimming). it could be a recreational activity to release ur stress after work

4. mindset
always remember, diet is for healthy lifestyle too, health is a long term investment in our life. if our mind is just to fit in a dress of a size 0, we will putting some stress on our shoulder because size 0 is not easy for those who is 20 years and above.. never get influenced by the runaway or magazines standard of body size, put a target on yourself to stay healthy not to be a bulimic or anorexic , dats dangerous
